Soul Light Warranty & Refund Policy

Soul Lights come with a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. ​

 

This is the sole and exclusive warranty and no other person, agent, dealer or wholesaler is authorised to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Jay Bird Creator in either written or verbal form.  ​

 

Jay Bird Creator shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

 

Jay Bird Creator shall not be responsible for any damages or injuries caused as a result of tampering or altering a Soul Light.​

The Warranty applies to:

  • defects in the electrical components that comprise the Soul Light (not the switch nor the plug) and any crystals and/or glass that comes loose.

  • It is the responsibility of the Soul Lamp purchaser to cover the cost of return packaging, postage & insurance.

 

The Warranty does not apply to:

  • damage from Australia Post

  • items that are lost by Australia Post

  • crystals that are imperfect - Jay Bird Creator uses rough cut crystals which are naturally ranging in colour and may have impure inclusions.

  • Soul Lights that are dropped, hit with another object or interfered with in an attempt to fix or improve.

  • If the switch or plug does not function correctly, a full warranty does not apply. These electrical components may be sent back for replacement.

  • Soul Lamps that have been wet or placed outside in weather or direct sunlight.

  • If cords are chewed by pets​Warranty Process:

The Assessment Process:

  • The Soul Light will be assessed by Jay Bird Creator & customers will be contacted within 7 business days.

  • If the Soul Light can be repaired, Jay Bird Creator will complete the maintenance and arrange postage of the item within 30 days.

  • If the Soul Light cannot be repaired, Jay Bird Creator will contact the customer with options for a new lamp to the same value.  Please note, due to the fact that every Soul Lamp is completely unique, exact replicas or even very similar items, may not be an option.​

Returns & Exchange Policy

  • No refunds will be given.

  • Proof of purchase is always required.

  • Exchanges are available if the item is sent back to Jay Bird Creator within 14 days from the date of purchase only. 

  • Please note, if your item is late due to fault of Australia Post, the exchange is void.

  • Exchange items must be unused and in the exact condition as received.

  • Exchanges are for equivalent or higher value items only.  If a higher value item is selected, the different is paid by the customer.

  • Only full priced item may be exchanged:  this excludes any sale items.

  • If you have already exchanged an item, it cannot be exchanged again.​
